Does caffeine serum for undereyes work if u have good infras?

Some sort of vitamin C/caffeine would help I’m assuming. I used caffeine serum for a bit and did help some but not like a lot. But then again my infras are meh

My infras are good but I have dark purple undereye for sum reason, no underbags

Yeah i think vitamin c or very light retinoid would help maybe. Obviously try to get a full nights sleep.
