? I'm considering using alcar and ala to increase metabolic substrate availability. Im thinking a 500 calorie deficit for two months with two weeks break and start again. I don't care about libido loss but what about sleep?

Nah that's not that big calorie deficit for having sleep problems and lacking energy. You might just tell chat gpt all that specifically and get an answer

If you decrease carbs, increase protein and get most calories from good nutrition then yes it is. Hitting gym will boost weight loss and you'll build muscle too.

I'm poor i eat carbs frequently. Protein I can't eat meat except on weekends

Should I run test cycle when I reach 16 percent bf to get to 12?

Not good of a nutrisionist. But 100g of egss have 12-14g of protein, average egg weighs 50grams. You can ask chat gpt all that hes very good

No wtf. Leanmaxxing with test is a dumb idea. Also you might not want to stay at 12% or lower bf for too long. 15-20% is ideal

Why? Test retains muscle during cut and boosts fat oxidation

You're gonna have to restore your natural test after getting off a cycle, waste more money and in 99% of cases after a test cycle you wont restore your "before-test-cycle" natural test, it will be significantly lower or more. And running a proper cycle is hard too, you will need to do blood tests a lot to stay tuned on whether ur body is good, get a good medic so he could control all that and on top of that test has more downsides
