medial canthus procedure could work but not in your case, would turn you into a cyclop. I think you could use some brow lift and look more striking as well.

Making eyes bigger usually isnt the issue most of the time we augment the soft tissue around it
(Upper bleph, raising skin, removing excess skin, etc)

likely you would need canthoplasty with lower lid retraction surgery - its the "same thing", most of the times performed together + fat grafting. Wider pfl = you need tight lower lids first

i think dr burak sercan does custom ones, not sure. You would need to hit his assistant up on whatsapp, they might not tell you straight forward so maybe an online consultation

Just make sure operating surgeon does the drill hole canthoplasty because most of the times for other methods the effects are minimal and fade away quickly. Niggas will call anything a canthoplasty just to make you pay.
