Does chewing and sleeping on one side cause one side of your maxilla to be recessed?

If you chew on your left but sleep on your right side of your face, will your right side of your maxilla be recessed while your left is developed?
 
no chewing develops the masseter muscle (will make one side look less defined)
sleeping makes the face droop to one side (will make one side look fatter)

So the effects of chewing asymmetry can be reversed but not soeeping asymetry?

yes because that’s what i did and now im subhuman
