Does Chink pulling actually increase positive canthal tilt?

Does chink pulling + blinking for multiple sets daily (while roidcelling preferably) actually build the orbital occularis muscle and improve positive canthal tilt and/or reduce lower eyelid exposure?

Has anybody tried this and seen results?
