Does CJC-1295 permanantly mess with my pituitary gland?

I'm 16 and I plan on taking it, could this cause permanent damage to me? Also, I'm not even taking it to grow taller cause my plates are closed but I'll take it to gain some more muscle real quick, although, I think test would be a better option because it would actually promote good facial growth however I'm not sure how to take test without stunting my puberty.
