I heard some people say its natural diuretic. I take black coffee with no sugar since sugar is fucking disgusting and it bloats. Im also on a low carb and low salt diet. My only carb source are bananas(pottasium) and i take pottasium chloride and yet im still bloated. How tf do i fix this?

It does indeed act as a diuretic, but it only has a mild effect. Thing is you shouldn't be overconsuming it because doing so might irritate your gut and make the bloat even worse. Same goes for bananas if you're eating unripe ones, absolutely make sure you're eating ripe ones (yellow ones with brown spots) because the other version has starch which can bloat you due to gas. As you can tell so far, most bloating issues are related to gut health, so you have to make sure you don't have any digestive issues such as food intolerances or such, try using probiotics and see if it helps relieve the bloating. Oh and I forgot, with coffee being a diuretic you should be drinking at least 2L of water a day. That's pretty much it I wish you good luck.

Thank you sir for not trolling. Btw i was talking about water retention not the actual bloat of the gut. But you are indeed correct about the gut thing though. Healthy gut is literally interconnected to every aspect of health like hormone making, skin etc etc.

Its possible for caffeine to lower testosterone levels

not true for coffee but i do agree with those preworkout powders because they are so artificial coffee on the other hand literally makes ur testosterone higher if taken before a workout for 14%

Yes but if you over do the coffee it will increase cortisol which will indirectly lower testosterone levels.

yeah it's good. but better drink green tea. I drink about 1,5 litter for two hours and it does a good job on debloating. but don't use it on a daily basis. once per two weeks maximum. it moves out all your electrolytes

to reach same effect with coffe you need to reach caffeine overdose firstly. it's not a very enjoyable thing
