they have caffeine and sodium, which will both make you bloated. especially monster.

if you’re drinking at least 3L of water a day, bloating shouldn’t be a problem tho.

now give solution.

i like it more than classic coke which is way too sugary, other than that it's like a can every other day.

isn't caffeine diuretic? how does it bloat, also monster is like one can in a week since most of my caffeine intake is from traditional black coffee without any added sugar.

Well, caffeine dehydrates you and if hydration is not on point that could make you look bloated.

What is wrong with aspartame retard? Learn to do some research before spreading misinformation, it's perfectly safe and it's impossible to consume the required amount to make it dangerous

Cane sugar coca cola is the only one worth drinking although you shouldn't drink any of these soft drinks, even if the ingredients were "healthy" which obviously they aren't, the cans are lined with harmful plastic.

I can show u countless of studies that show it's perfectly safe and I would argue it's 100× times better than the sugar version, especially if u wanna lose weight, but ofc normies like u think "muh aspartame not good, sugar better" jfl

Leads to dementia and Alzheimer’s, neurotoxic
And yeah but most people don’t just stop at one bottle of Coke

Do u have any good studies that show this?

Even if u wouldn't stop, I don't think most people would drink more than 10cans a day and even so I doubt most people would drink this amount on a regular basis
Recent large, long-term observational studies have found associations between high consumption of artificial sweeteners and faster cognitive decline and increased dementia risk. While these studies cannot prove causation, they suggest a link to potential harm and call for more research into the effects of artificial sweeteners on brain health. Researchers propose mechanisms like negative effects on the gut microbiome, neuroinflammation, and metabolites

And yeah tell that to 500 pound fat ass Americans lol

So u basically said it yourself indirectly correlation is not causation

It would be wise if those fatties would replace all their regular sodas with zero sugar sodas bcs at least they would get no calories from beverages, making caloric deficit easier

Why are you arguing with me bro

You link studies
If I link some proper studies and u can't link a proper study proving ur nonsense, do u promise to delete ur acc?

I would really like to see those "recent large, long term observational studies" u are talking abt!
And what does high consumption mean to u? Because a safe amount it's up to 40mg/kg and a can of coke 0 doesn't have more than 200mg of aspartame, u would have to drink up to 14cans of soda a day just to increase risks! I doubt the majority of people could consume this many cans and do this on a regular basis

coke zero is worth drinking when on a cut since it'll help you feel more satiated tbh. but when you need to look debloated cut it out for a bit.
