does creatine actually help significantly or is it mostly cope?

barely works in my experience

just get it from meat is what i would say but idc much abt health and shit anymore lol

Shit I have been taking it for like three years, dont bench much but I got a lot of energy and I grew like 1-2 extra cm Idk though you cant really notice because you have no way of knowing if it has a effect.

One problem with it is that it bloats me a shit ton.

its okay for muscles and shit, might help with brain health too. If you have no problem with spending a tiny amount of money, go for it
