I have seen several opinions online suggesting that creatine consumption causes excessive hair shedding and thinning. However, the overwhelming opinion online is that creatine is completely harmless. People often use studies to support this, but these studies conveniently skip the topic of hair loss - and even if it caused hair loss, why would they mention it? It would harm the product that they are selling.

Does have a guide or any material about creatine?

P.S. Some of the comments against creatine were made from one-day-old accounts on Reddit, but this does not necessarily disprove what I previously stated.

it boosts dht so it can contribute to it if you're already prone.
