Yes cut your canthus but not deeper than 2mm. You can ask surgeons to do it if you have any in your eye area. Don't forget cutting lower part of your eyebrows to get lower UEE.

I didn't get MSE neither implant.
It's camera angle in the left but right is my natural head tilt.
