legs are completely cooked
i ain’t used to 2hr cardio a day
they hurt like fuck today from yesterdays cardio sesh
had to firm that shit today and powered through

if i continue the 2hr daily cardio as i am, will the muscle soreness just remain and not go away?

DOMS goes away after 48 hours or so, after that you wont get it again if you keep training

same thing if it’s from cardio? i didn’t train legs in gym or anything like that, only from the cardio

Yeah it doesnt matter how the muscle got sore

good good, been 24 hours. hopefully tmr or day after my legs won’t feel like a train ran over them, tho 2hr cardio is probably excessive lol

Yes it really is, 20-30min cardio session 2 or 3 times a week is all you need really
