eating the right fruits can improve your skin yeah.

  • Berries (like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries): have antioxidants and Vitamin C, which protect your skin from damage and help with collagen production.

  • Avocados: Packed with healthy fats and Vitamin E. They help moisturize your skin from the inside out and protect it from things like UV damage.

  • Citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, etc.): Vitamin C content, which is good for brightening your skin and helping with collagen production, keeping your skin firm.

  • Papaya: This one has an enzyme called papain that helps exfoliate dead skin cells. It's also got Vitamin A and C to repair damaged skin and reduce scars.

  • Mangoes: Vitamin A and C, which help maintain skin elasticity.

  • Bananas: Full of potassium and Vitamins A, B, and E, which all help keep your skin hydrated and soft.

  • Kiwi: Vitamin C and E, boosting collagen and improving skin texture.

  • Watermelon: Its high water content helps keep your skin hydrated, and it's rich in Vitamins A and C, which promote glowing, clear skin.

  • Pineapple: Contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps exfoliate and brighten skin.

  • Apples: High in antioxidants and Vitamin C, apples can help brighten your complexion.
fruits high in antioxidants, Vitamin C, and water content are great for keeping your skin hydrated, bright, and protected from damage.
fruits are a must in a balanced diet.
