Does eating too much bread cause face bloating?

I'm a Mediterraneancel so I eat bread pretty much 3 times a day every fucking day. My face is bloated (my belly too tbh). Do you think eating bread causes face bloating? Thanks.

It’s highly probable. It also could be all the calories you’re putting on all that bread...what’s your body fat percentage?

I don't know tbh. But my BMI is 23.4 (my height is 173cm/5'8 and weight 70.1kg)

It’s over 15%, if you get your body fat below 15% you’ll retain less water. I personally have bread once per day as bread isn’t really a good carbohydrate source compared to vegetables.

Thanks for the advice bro! Bread is addictive as hell and tasty but I'll get red of it.

High carb diet accompanied with high % of bf will 100% cause bloating
If you lower bodyfat to ~10% then even on high carbs you most likely won't be getting bloated
And also foods with low to medium glycemic index are preferable

it could be but it is mostly from the salt. take some potassium supplements maybe.

I dont eat bread anymore, its just shit carbs with salt and sugar which will bloat you.
I'm gonna stop eating it from tomorrow by God's will. I'm gonna stop drinking Moroccan tea too. I'm in my mid-twenties so I only have a decade to be the best version of myself. Our shitty food is number one foe of looksmaxxers.

not only bread but eating excessive amounts of carbohydrates make you retain water therefore bloating you

Tbh if you get rid of the shit eating habits we have in the country(tea, bread,shit candy, and flour cookies that shit milk they sell ), You can have top tier nutrition in Morocco. Shit ton of cheap natural vegetables and fruits and meats free of hormones n shit you can also get milk fresh asf water from sources. literally top tier old times food.

You're 100% right. Most of the meat we eat at home is chicken from the country side (beldi chicken if you see what I mean), same thing for eggs and sometimes fish, I rarely drink milk. I eat all kinds of vegetables, I'm not a big fan of fruits (except figs, peaches and melons). My problem is I'm very addicted to bread, tea, and Moroccan cookies. I've been always a big procrastinator but I don't have too much time now to waste as I said. I need to stop eating this shit.

Cut out stuff like bread completely. There's no reason to consume wheat products.
