No, all it does is make your nuts more intense and allows you to last longer in bed.

Free testosterone means your body is releasing it. So you're losing testosterone. It s being used for a task (in this case sexual activity)
It's hilarious how you come in with your little studies but have no understanding of bio-chemistry and can't think logically in general. How would your body just start making T magically because you're doing a specific action ? It obviously makes T when it's fed and at rest. If it makes any T when doing a task, it's simply because it's trying to replace what it's losing.
It's just like the people that claim fasting and sprinting is gonna increase HGH. They don't understand that these tasks require your body to use up HGH (when you fast the body releases HGH so that your body doesn't eat your muscles and instead eats fats, and when sprinting the HGH comes in to repair the muscles). So this HGH being secreted is not for your body to use to grow taller.

losing testosterone??????

i think that free testosterone is the bioavailable, the testosterone bound to proteins is useless

If you want to increase t then there are several other options but edging is near to useless, while it does increase your t a little bit but is insignificant compared to other things + nerve damage is one of the major side effects

Yes it's made bioavailable so that it can be used. If it's being used that means you're losing it. Genius.

you are using it,
why would you want unusable testosterone bound to proteins?

what its better
Well free testosterone is more about short term tasks and protein bound about long term. So for sexual use for example free testosterone is used for sexual excitation while protein bound is used to start semen production

but protein bound testosterone cant join on the androgen receptor

?????????
High levels of intratesticular testosterone, secreted by the leydig cells, are necessary for spermatogenesis. Intratesticular testosterone is mainly bound to androgen binding protein and secreted into the seminiferous tubules.

Inside the sertoli cells, testosterone is selectively bound to the androgen receptor and activation of the receptor will result in initiation and maintenance of the spermatogenic process and inhibition of germ cell apoptosis.

for that you need unbound (free) testosterone, is simple

you said that protein bound testosterone are use it for spermatogenesis but that isnt true, for every effetct of tetsosteroen is needed free tetsosterone to bound to androgen receptors

Okay. So a little bit of free T is used to maintain the process. But still as quoted earlier Intra-testicular T is mainly bound to protein. Bound T is constantly produced in the testes for the purpose of sperm production. While some free T is sent there to start it.
When I said protein bound is used to start I guess I was wrong. But it still doesn't disprove the short term, long term aspect I mentioned. For example after workout free T increases because body needs to urgently repair damage.

testosterone needs to bind to the androgen receptor to work, protein bound testosterone does have not effect because cant bind to the androgen receptor, only free testosterone can bind to the androgen receptor. Any effect of tetsopsteroen is mediated by the androgen receptor, if the testosteroen doesnt bind to the androgen receptor cant performe its effects. That is how all hormones work, the hormone need to bind to its receptor to work and only not protein bound hormones can bind to its receptor

The thing is they don t mention the T being freed. They just say : Spermatogenesis needs high testosterone in the testes and this testosterone is kept there by binding protein.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/neuroscience/androgen-binding-protein
"In addition to stimulating spermatogenesis, FSH also causes the Sertoli cells to produce an androgen binding protein (ABP). This protein binds testosterone and helps maintain a high concentration of testosterone within the testes; this is essential for spermatogenesis to occur."
