I used to think it didn't, but after seeing the case with Stacies, I think it does.

What I mean is a top tier Asian Stacy will still be seen as ugly by someone that doesn't like Asians. I've seen it several times here.

Apply the same concept to women; someone like Sendhil will not appeal to women who simply don't like dark skin even if they are the top 0.1%.

It matters in the sense that your pheno won't appeal to everyone. But every race Chad has roughly the same amount of quality options to choose from
