to answer with hyperpigmentation issues though, azelaic acid helps with hyperpigmentation, ive applied near my eyes and it helps with sun damage etc.

i use the porebright n10 serum from facetheory, its only £10.99 a bottle.

the azelaic acid should help with issues around rosacea too

Heard about this shit when I was looking to fix my PIE hyperpigmentation (shit literally lasts years on pale skin) caused by acne.

i use it, saw results with undereye hyperpigmentation in like a week ngl, i use that and an 2% arbutin and 8% asorbic acid from the ordinary, for me who is also pale it caused some minor purging the first week which would make me blemish for like 2 hours so do at night time if you have a similar skin complexion to my dp.

worth giving it a go for the sake of £20 in total tbh
