I should be sub 70 kg, scale died but I’ve been eating 1200 a day for a while now so I shouldn’t have gained.

And yeah….. it’s torture.
I can’t eat anything calorie dense like bread/pastries or half my calories are gone for the day….

Well, something I could brag about is my proportions are better than other people.
The more you deviate from the average the higher the chance they're messed up so I do have that one up on taller people!

i’ve been eating well, egg whites, chicken, red meat, dairy etc
but i’m under the impression it’s all calories in cals out. like if u need 2k to lose weight, what that 2k comes comes from doesn’t matter.

healthier yes, but in terms of wether fat will be lost, does it make a difference?
i will maintain my diet anyways, much prefer the feeling of eating clean foods
