bros i been thinking it watch and learn
every time i let one rip, i feel like my stomach gets slightly tighter, like my abs contract or some shit. i did some quick maths and if i fart like 50 times a day, thats gotta be at least 1000 contractions. that’s basically a full ab workout. plus the methane release, maybe im losing internal weight too?? if i eat high-fiber foods and force max pressure, could i technically fartmaxx my way into a six-pack? can gymmaxxing be replaced with this secret trick? anyone tried this? any studies on it?
