my symptoms have improved then and i'm no longer on a nafl diet but i had to go no sugar and no heavy carbs. mostly ate eggs, low sugar fruits, salads and chicken

I found that a high protien diet and calorie defcient can reduce 43% of liver fat withen two weeks(research https://www.dzd-ev.de/en/article/high-protein-diet-reduces-liver-fat)
and high calorie diet had a higher risk of fatty liver and I m also researching in fibers and vitamin c and processed carbohydrates also prob will make a guide with my findings since nobody did a guide for fatty liver I would love if you could give me some information
