Does fin make your ass numb?

Idk if someone is trolling me, but I asked on discord about fin and someone told me that when they took it their anus became numb. Like they literally lost all sensitivity in that area

Apparently it had something to do with the nerves?

I haven’t heard anyone else have this symptom. I feel like he was messing with me. Is this an actual side effect?
