Does fin stop hairline recession or at least reduce it?

Title basically, will 1mg of fin in conjunction with Keto shampoo help stop temple recession?
I mean this is basically what I want to bring back this temple.

My foreheads also a little big but not noticable I think, its around 4 fingers width which from what I have read seems to be the preferred amount?

It stops recession but it might not reduce damages.

If your follicle is fucked already, it's not coming back. If you start fin early, you can actually recover somewhat.

around a year to where I could really tell I had regrowth. only fin. keto shampoo is 100 % cope.

Im not touching RU. Im fine atm with fin and Im doing a few other things to reduce recession.

I'd suggest adding microneedling to your regimen plus minoxidil, can use foam form so it won't be as greasy.

I might try minoxidil on temples tbh could be a good idea, I have no idea how often to apply it though.

Probably every week, it varies, sometimes it's not clear from the studies what frequency was used.
