Ive never seen any compelling evidence. The subjective notions of mentally ill people on the internet, you can find blame for just about anything, including water.

Consider this, if blocking ~50-70% of serum DHT was enough to shrink your penis, why is it that trannies who use androgen blockade drugs and powerful estrogens, still often have huge cocks over a decade later?

I can certainly imagine mechanisms by which the penis might appear smaller on average, but I doubt there is any actual loss of tissue.
