Naso folds depends a ton of fat distribution in your face, you can have a great forward growth but still have them if you are not facially lean.

If you are lean and have them, it's because is a bone problem

Barely anything to do with forward growth

Most forward grown guy I know has the most folds out of anyone I know my age despite being decently lean.

Its definitely a collagen issue for me since i am pretty robust id say .
