I would argue not

because all of our decisons/actions/thoughts are heavily influenced and subjected to external stimuli like the brain processes and mentality on a biological level (bilogically how the brain works_

so we're basically reacting to things like biology, environment, and past experiences, not making completely independent decisions.

Ja ppl were created in the image of God and one part of that image’s free will. This means we are not NCPs or whatever, we have the ability to choose between right and wrong, to love or to hate, to obey or to turn away. God doesnt force anyone to believe in Him. Instead, He invites us into a relationship, giving us the freedom to accept or reject His grace. This’s seen clearly in the Bible, where ppl r constantly given choices (like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, or Jesus saying “Follow me”) Free will is what makes love real. If love is forced, it isnt love at all. That why God allows us to make our own decisions, even when they lead to pain or sin bc genuine love and faith must come from a willing heart.
