You surprisingly came closest to the answer than the other comments.Yes, Humans do have Free Will properly
speaking but only in terms of 3 Dimensional Awareness and not in the actual grand scheme of the Universe,
meaning we are only able to exercise our Free Will on this Physical Plane of Existence, whereas like you alluded
to with there being "Higher Powers" that exists you are correct but they more soo interact with Humanity
through Thought Influence meaning through things like Intuition and Dreams.
