Does gaining muscle weight increase confidence as a manlet?

I am 22y unemployed

The reason that i am unemployed is that i'm very autistic , weird and last time i had a job at 18 i got fired and bullied because i don t talk to coworkers.
In one month of work i only said hi and in breaks i was alone in corner and they were staring at me

Now i m afraid to get another job(warehouse) bcs i can t do anything else.

My problem is being 5ft8 and 130lbs
If i was 6ft4 200+lbs i would be ok bcs i know people would be afraid to try to bully me

If i gain muscle ar 5ft8 would people respect me or is over? I have small frame btw

Build a better frame will always get you more respect from males but honestly 5'8 is an issue same with small frame not ideal

your not a fucking manlet, get some muscle gain back your confidence and dont really care about what others think of you, talk to people normally and get that job man your height is fine ur just a little short
