Does gamma-aminobutyric acid actually help in HGH production?

GABA can boost HGH, but only for a short time and it’s not the game-changer some think it is. One study showed a 400% spike post-exercise, but the effect faded quickly and didn’t lead to significant muscle growth. Most GABA doesn’t even cross the blood-brain barrier well, so for many people, it barely works. If anything, it might help with sleep, which indirectly supports hormone health. But let’s be real,HGH isn’t going to rise meaningfully unless you’re already lifting hard, eating clean, and sleeping consistently. GABA’s not useless, just overrated.
