It doesn’t. Bone density and bone size is different things

But, muscle can help your frame, assuming it isn't already dogshit to begin with.

so it wont change the bones appearance just make it stronger?
You can utilize being on gear for other things, neck training (not traps), and masseter hypertrophy. It will not change your bones no matter what the tiktok grifters tell you.

ah okay is there anything you can take that could promote bone growth?

Unfortunately not, maybe if you were 6 years old.

You could give yourself bone cancer with a PTH analog, or acromegaly with super high doses of HGH. But I suppose that's not the bone "growth" you're looking for.

acromegaly is unlikely under 10 iu:feelsuhh:

surgery is safer and has proven outcomes. There's no shortcut, rich piana took upwards of 20IU of GH a day for long periods and nothing happened to his skull.

Maybe look into hard filler, or implants. Those aren't "crazy".

Trenbolone and hgh will, you won't become taller if your growth plates are closed but you will still experience bone mass increase.
Note that this only happens with tren due to extreme androgenicity, this won't happen on testosterone specifically when talking about prescribed trt

As you can see zyzz didn't just lose body fat but actually gained bones in his skull.

This photo was found in a forum from 2012 in which they were discussing the same fucking thing

It's so sad that we don't actually have serious studies that focus on the looks increase part of the usage of these substances and still have to argue with anecdotes and picture comparison instead at looking at crystal clear data
