Yes, but you can't be stupid and need to have realistic expectations before you go. Also, do some research, learn at least a little bit about the culture, and be safe. Don't go after women that are several tiers above your looks league as well.

I geomaxxed in SEA earlier this year for a month and had a great time! Didn't have to pay for sex, and hooked up with 6 different girls.
