Bsso is lower jaw advancement, I already have good forward growth in the mandible, wouldnt that make me uglier? I agree on the implants, im researching a good surgeon for infra orbital implants currently

My chin has good growth, my issue is shitty orbitals and maxilla, if i get those do move forward, it would look normal, also this is woth camera lens distortion.

Your forward growth is already too much. Ironically you should maybe get reverse gynoplasty or rhinoplasty because your chin and nose projection are comical

Only if you don’t need it, people underestimate how many people have well developed maxillas (not the ogre ones like jordan barett). Would suggest you get a genioplasty
