What takes of his do you disagree with?

He claims vegetables have anti nutrients but he obviously has no idea what an anti nutrient even is

He claims ancient humans only ate meat which is false

He claims exercise is bad despite having videos of him in the gym

They do have anti nutrients such as lectins, oxalates, phytate

Why would we have eaten plants before farming? One animal contains way more food than wasting time looking for vegetables in the ground, also meat is way more nutritious

People change their opinions, those are old videos

Phytates have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties.

Oxalates, in moderate amounts, pose little risk unless you are prone to kidney stones.

Lectins, though potentially harmful in raw form, are largely inactivated by cooking and have shown potential in cancer prevention and gut health.

Tannins are rich in antioxidants and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease.

We have remains of ancient humans who had grains like millet and leafy greans, plus berries in their diet.

Don't go around spreading pseudo-science
