You can see I was not ripped, but not too fat either. Still skinny fat, but no belly unless I just ate. This happened in ~half a year, post puberty for both before and after and losing ~3-4kg (dunno how much of that was muscle and how much bodyfat). It's not amazing, but still slightly better IMO.

I have a friend that lost weight and still has a bloated face though. But IG getting ripped will improve the face a bit for most people. I'd say most people think they are relatively skinny (like the before full body pics), but they are actually skinny fat.

Generally I would say no. If you get ripped in lets say 5 years. Its that aging 5 years which changed your face.

Thanks for sharing but atleast make the posture the same for the face pics, like for example your mouth is open in the first pic and in the second pic your face is turned and not relaxed, accentuating the definition

Your points are correct and I will upload new photos in the corrected position when I lean down again (I'm back to skinnyfat again). I'll actually make new before and after pics. Any tips for consistent position?

The pics are frauded a bit, but the face did become better in the side profile specifically.

good that you agree instead of being a narcy fag like most on here.

I'd say you got the position good, just keep the frauds like lighting, flexing, etc equal in both pics

Yes. Especially when you are young. If you're like 16, and you start lifting, it will change your face and frame over time if you eat /sleep right and lift with intensity. If you are already in your 20s, it's debatable. Roids definitely will. If you see even mid 20s dudes start abusing roids they will start to have a different looking face and skull. But with regular lifting? Maybe. I wouldn't count it out ,but maybe that's retarded. Just lift anyway

Good post. I’d like to see your body after.

You store fat weird. You have almost no lower stomach fat but you’re holding more fat in arms / pecs ect. Almost like bloat rather than fat.
