like when u going to bed at 4am but still ending up getting 8-9h of sleep

I could be wrong, but I believe it does matter because your body follows a certain rhythm. If you sleep late and mess with your circadian alignment over time, it would affect the quality and quantity of your SWS, meaning the GH pulse that happens would also be smaller. So, I’d say the answer is yes.

Someone may correct me though but this is what I know.
 
Yes, most important thing ever in teenage years is to GET SLEEP. Gives you the gh you need. Bad sleep lowers a lot of things you need for bone growth like testosterone. Circadian rhythm is important.
 
ive been staying up till 5:00 in my 13-14 and waking up 14:00 damnn but still endup 6ft somehow
