Does gooning makes you look worse?

Yes actually there is a side effect
While gooning your body releases cortisol. That means short before your ejaculation you have an cortisol spike. Cortisol is poison for your body and you should avoid it as much as possible.
But if you don't do it daily, it won't have a significant impact on your looks, and more importantly, it's not the gooning itself that affects your looks, but rather the cortisol released during it.
So just don't do it daily (once a week at most) and you're fine.
