only if u do it daily it works but only short and to some extend also debloat before using it meaning put ur face in icewater thats what i do every morning. Again it works but like i said small effect and very short

probably the biggest cope I have seen. How tf do u even convince people that rubbing plastic on ur face will give u a defined jaw
