Does having a concussion make you uglier?

I got a concussion about a year ago I used to be strong mtn in pictures before my concussion but after my concussion I slowly became a strong ltn, I didnt go to the gyn at all for 2 months after my concussion and after that i havent gone to the gym too consistantly and I stressed way too much on whether it had effects on how i looked or not. What are some affects a concussion would have on looks if any?

Islam dulatov (german mma fighter) definitely had some concussions and still mogs. Maybe it just has to do something with u not going to the gym anymore and probably neglecting even more things
