Does having a protruding upper lip mean that you have an overbite?

My lower lip is barely existant compared to my upperlip but when looking at my teeth they don't seem to indicate an overbite. My upper teeth cover about 60% of my lower ones and the upper teeth don't seem to be that much more forward than my lower.

Not really sure if I need bsso, no dentist has ever said anything about my bite
