just live life healthily and avoid places like this. The only "heightmaxxing" is your genes, and what your final height is based off of those genetic traits +diet and enviroment. HGH in theory, should work if pre-pubertal, but there's no proof or any evidence it even works since hgh is used on those who are hgh-deficient.

Yeah this is true. I know a few people who used it and their nose and general face became permanently wider. You cant really control what grows and what not, when consuming.
At 15 you are likely young enough to gain 1-3 inches by simply reducing your insecurity (stress) and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

Brother i gave up a long time ago on heightmaxxing.
The problem is that its just too much stress. Its not only "ahh just buy hgh and blast it lol"
U have to monitor so much, spend so much money and stress about where to get that money from lol.
And at the end of the day, i have seen so many reets here saying that they didnt grow JACKSHIT from it even after a couple months. Its just not worth it.

Lol i was 175 at 15, and now im 17 and 187, n still growing.
In that period i only ate little food, ate junk food and was playing games all day inside.
Height is almost completely genetics. No one can tell u otherwise.
However i think if u heightmaxx naturally, u will either reach ur max height earlier or get 1-2 inches extra then predicted (which is alot lol)

my advice for u is: Just read the good info that is on here (diet, lifestyle, supplements) and just stick to it. Hgh will either fuck u up, waste all ur money n time just for u to get the growth u were naturally going to get or actually work (if ur hgh deficient, which ur prob not since ur at a good height for 15)

Idk if its cope but i believe it helped me grow taller.
