Mainly for muscle regeneration and fat burning. I am 195 cm tall, weigh 87 kg, and have 12% body fat, but I am currently stuck at this weight and am not really making any progress.

Organ growth if ur blasting lol, just don't eat carbs when u pin. Ur fine with nuking natural test production for life but little joint pain scares u
