lets say my hgh/igf1 levels get elevated through some type of injections (peptides, hgh, whatever) and that the calorie deficit is 500/day, so 1 lb per week (same deficit regardless of additional calories burned from gh/igf1, so if maintenance is 2000 w/o injections and 2100 with, then daily intake would be 1500 and 1600 respectively).
would having higher IGF1 make losing more than 1 lb of fat/week, say 1.25 lbs, and gaining 0.25 lbs of muscle (net 1 lb loss) possible instead of the natural loss of less than 1 lb of fat with the remaining loss in muscle?
