Is there a correlation with this kind of thing? I have lately seen many have this tied to their autism disorder

it's not the eyes themselves that cause it, it's the shape of the orbital and eyebrow, you don't want these to be too straight or you start looking expressionless.

Is it also deep set eyes make you look more “non-nt” or is it just pure nonsense?

it depends on what you mean by deep set, there's several reference points, they can be deep set compared to forehead or to the nasal root, the last one is the standard.

women have shallower roots with more rounding which makes the eye area look more 'open' the reason gandy doesn't look autistic while o'pry does is also due to this.

that is the main difference between their profiles, more light is able to hit your eyes if you don't have much separation in-between them, but the position relative to the forehead isn't all that different.
