it did for me, I've been lifting for 6 years and my T, strength, and partial mass has been kept even through stages of extreme inactivity.

Did you do bloodt tests? If so can you show before and after

Well I haven't recently, but if you do weight from early puberty (assuming you do it maturely) it'll likely retain the benefits of T. Your body is a working machine, it will do that especially when in early puberty and seeing that it's being put in constant pressure, it will learn. Depends of your genetics of course as well, but it does permanently increase T levels

Did you do hiit or weightlifting or both, also did you see noticable changes? If you dod what parts of your face?

Do both for maximum results, humans are meant to just one thing, it supposed to be a balance.

No it doesn’t. You get temporary spikes, as the body’s responds to the physical stress.
It will return to baseline after a few hours.

Over time being more healthy and fit will obviously have a more prolonged impact.

A lot of "research" is funded by big companies, like bro, why do you think plastic/seed oils and allat aren't talked about enough? This site is for helping eachother with blackpill knowledge, saying "google exists" is the most retarded shit anyone here has ever fucking said, the site wouldn't fucking exist if we all just used google/chatgpt and followed their advice

That’s not necessarily true. Most publicly available studies, you will come across, usually tend to present an objective, realistic and harsher reality than one might initially expect.
Of course, It’s crucial to critically assess the construction of each study, along with the specific norms and parameters it operates within.
On Looksmax, the focus is often on simplified or shortcut versions of the studies core findings.
Users here don't have some magic access to unreleased or proprietary information. Especially considering the fact, that the majority of user are kids still.
Instead, they rely on these publicly available studies, try to comprehend their contents and ultimately draw connections or comparisons with other research.
In short, information available here primarily stems from these exact studies, you accuse of being rigged.

Regarding plastics, I agree, that the research is still ongoing and limited and it may well be related to economic factors.
However available research doesn’t come across as biased at all- it paints a rather negative picture towards them.

If anything, information on looksmax is heavily skewed towards extremes and relies heavily on the users subjective stance towards the topics discussed.
Furthermore, many here seem to fall victim to unfounded conspiracy theories. Why? Because they are unhappy with themselves and hence envious about other people- this phenomenon can be observed in politics as well and it is fascinating how fast humans leave the path of rationality and reason because of their emotional involvement in seemingly unrelated topics.
