If your face is really puffy because of inflammation, of course, that can also extend to your nose and make it worse than it would "naturally" be. But I think of hydrocortisone as a patch-on solution, it wouldn't be addressing the root cause, instead of putting a cream to reduce inflammation in a targeted area why not fix your habits and dietary patterns and get that benefit and more as a result?

Also, this all hinges on the possibility that you may have a big nose/puffy face because of inflammation and that you're not fat or genetically unlucky to naturally look like that.

very true, i just thought the ending part of my nose (where ur nostrils are) was maybe a bit too big, idk if u can change that
