Does hydrocortisone fix a fat dorsal hump?

My nose is quite fat from the front, i know hydrocortisone could reduce nose size but i am wondering if it could help with a fat dorsal hump

Yea but my bone is the only issue, the cartilage isn’t as much of a problem.
