made it worse in my case, obviously stopped and luckily I gained mass in my infras so all good now

its prob the lacking fat under ur eyes

Depends on what is causing your eyebags, if they are genetical or because you lack undereye support, its a waste of time. If they are because lack of sleep or vascularity icing might help a little

You probably have genetical eyebags because you dont have enough fat under you eyes, the quickest softmax is to apply a good concealer, other than that I think theres no much to do
