For my whole life ive never been able to touch my ties or sit cross legged with my knees near the ground. However my posture is pretty decent im not a hunchback or anything but my overhead shoulder mobility also isnt amazing either, my arms/shoulders still dont go behind my head.
But my main question here is that if I improve these my mobility with these movements while also doing inversion hanging do you think I can gain another inch? (For more context im 23yo and my knee growth plates are fused, not sure ab my spine tho)
