"just use an AI" is what you'll hear from the moron brigade, but AIs are extremely weak in men and dont work uniformly across all tissue types/areas of the body. Potentially this could be circumvented by using an androgen that does not aromatize at all (anavar was, briefly, used to treat growth failure in puberty... it was later replaced by HGH which was markedly more effective) but why would you... Theres no compelling evidence that androgens will change facial structure in humans. Everyone who has tried to make that the case has always relied on studies of juvenile rats.... the human equivalent of such studies would be being exposed to androgens when you're a few months old, not when you're 16 or whatever the fuck. Facial changes in adults are pretty limited to changes in subcutaneous fat and fluid storage.
