Does Invisalign cause recession

I’ve heard of braces causing recession due to rubber bands pulling the mid-face back. I’ve used Invisalign from 14-16 (now) and haven’t noticed any recession but I’d like to know if it does recess you in case I just haven’t noticed.

No it wouldnt, most cases it does the opposite. Also how could it possibly recess you, just look at it
