Does it pay off to have jaw implants if you already have good lower third?

My lower third is pretty decent already, but i still think there s room for improvement( have a little bit of assimetry on the right side). The only regard on that thought is that maybe surgery wouldn t increase my psl much, thus it wouldn t justify the cost/risk of the surgery

Depends. You really expect this to be a “yes” or “no” answer based upon the information you provided?

Your lower third isn’t the limiting factor. Fix your eye area.

Every surgery or implant has to be looked at by calculating risks vs reward, if the risk is greater than the reward, then it's simply not worth it. To my surprise, most users on this forum agree with me on this subject since they often speak against taking steroids and against jaw implants.
